🦴Our approach to dog training and consuting is based on up-to-date researches in animal science and only modern reward-based methods with proven effectiveness. 

🦴Since punishment-based methods of working with dogs are now generally recognized as inhuman, ineffective and causing extremely dangerous consequences for dog's behavior and well-being, we strictly insist on not using anything that might cause physical or emotional pain to your dog. We reserve the right to stop our work immediately in case this rule is violated, without any obligations from our part.

Offered delivery and payment methods

🦴Online Courses and Online Consultaions only can only be ordered via the Website and purchased by credit/debit card.

🦴All orders are processed online.  

🦴Following receipt of an order for an Online Course Service Provider we will send the Customer an order confirmation e-mail. The Customer will also receive an e-mail with instructions on how to access the Digital Products he/she havs purchased. Purchased Online Course can be accessed by the link you will receive after the completion of the payment. Access to purchased Online Courses will be granted for lifetime period.

🦴Following receipt of an order for Online Consultation via the Website, Service Provider shall issue an e-mail with confirmation of the Customer’s order. This is for information only and shall not constitute the acceptance of the order. There will be no binding contract between Service Provider and Customer until payment is received. 

🦴Once the time of the consultation is agreed and once the Customer has received the confirmation e-mail from the Service Provider, payment must be made during the period indicate in the said confirmation e-mail. 

🦴If payment is not received within this time, your order will be cancelled.

Cancellation policy 

🦴If the Customer decides to cancel the Onlince Consultation more than 24 hours before the agreed day and time of the consultation, the Service Provider returns the payment in full. Otherwise it is kept by the Service Provider. 

🦴The Customer has the right to cancel his payment for Online Course any time before he received the link to this Course. From the time of the first access to the course, the order can not be cancelled.
